AKA has manufactured steel joints since 1989 when a new line of steel joint production began to operate with AKA Coupling. AKA coupling was designed to compete with those of well known manufacturers such as VIKINGJOHNSON and DRESSER.
Precise design and engineering, along with use of the experience acquired by European producers, all driven by an improving team of engineers and management helped AKA to better implement correct production methods and set its way towards higher quality, efficiency and prosper.
Today we can declare that AKA is the only Iranian coupling producer that flexes to satisfy the highest European and North American standards.
Other steel joint products were gradually added to AKA’s production line. This process was initiated as market need and respectable seeds and advisors in water industry signaled for variation in AKA’s products. Thereby, AKA’s attempt to add machinery, conducting research and studies led to development and expansion in its products aiming to address industry’s requirements.
AKA has equipped its workshops with cold and hot rolling, forge, press, turnery machinery, radical drills and other machinery with high capacity and quality that withstand blast and epoxy color cover line has made this company limitless in terms of producing all
types of coupling, flanges, and other connections regardless of diameter and thickness and workload.
In order to present top quality flanges AKA makes use of the Hot Roll method known to be the best by industry experts to craft the highest quality flanges.
All materials used by AKA and products made in AKA workshops pass through several stages of quality control. Products are quality checked by management and precise automated systems that include and is not limited to hydraulic test throughout the production process.
Production of Sealing Washers used in Steel Joint manufacturing is one example for sensitive process that requires precision and multi level quality control; AKA carefully produces such washers in its elastic sealing washer workshop specifically to produce and examine the quality of sealing washers.
In addition to satisfying its own Sealing Washer needs, AKA supplies other companies with AKA quality washers designed for different materials such as concrete pipes in small and large diameter out of the best EPDM materials in one piece.

:: Welding joints include elbows, tees, reducers, and similar joints.
:: Sealing washers up to the size of 3000 mm, (these sealing washers are produced in one piece, i.e. integrally, up to the size of 2000 mm.)
