These are the usual products for sweet pastries: eggs, flour, butter, spreads, margarines, fruit fillings, jams, nuts, dried fruits, melange. Each component is carefully checked - flour is sifted, and sugar and salt are inspected so that there are no foreign substances in the products. Quality control at the plant is very strict. And what else could there be in a production facility where fresh pastries are released every day.

Some of the raw materials are used to bake semi-finished products. For many cakes, layers or special blanks are made, from which the finished product is then created. Another part is used to make creams or syrups. And the third part is used as a separate product for decorating cakes and pastries.

Each production area forms one specific product.

At Dobryninsky, employees work in production for 20-30 years. Today, the profession of a pastry chef is rare, it is a delicate work that requires effort and maximum dedication. Therefore, everyone who works at the Dobryninsky plant is a professional in their field, passionate people. As the employees themselves say, in order to create a good cake, you need to approach the work with soul, otherwise nothing will work out.
