Method of preparation:
"Vegetable puree" 150 g: to prepare one serving, pour three tablespoons of the mixture into a deep bowl, add at least160 ml of hot water, whisk to a homogeneous mass constantly stirring. Cover with a lid. Allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes.

From a package of 150 g you can get 1 kg of ready puree.
Nutritional value per 100 g of product: proteins - 8.7 g, fats - 0.5 g, carbohydrates - 68.9g.
Energy value per 100 g of the product: 298 kCal.
Shelf life: 18 months from the date of production.
