Clarix D07 is a modified-alcohol vapor-degreasing fluid combining polar and non-polar components, containing no strengtheners, stabilizers, chlorine, or halogenated compounds, and is designed for single-chamber, closed-loop vapor degreasing equipment as well as spray-in-air explosion-proof systems. With a density of 0.88 g/cm³, boiling range of 170–175 °C, and flash points of 62 °C / 144 °C, it effectively removes flux residue from printed circuit boards, ceramic circuits, lead frames, various alloys, precision parts, and stencils, and also performs well against coolant, preservation oil, silicone oil, resin/wax, binders, and grinding/polishing pastes. Its wide polarity range gives it a broad application scope, and it dries residue-free two to three times faster than comparable degreasing fluids, in addition to being usable for screen-printing and stencil-printer cleaning. Recommended cleaning temperature is 40–45 °C. Packaged in 1 L bottles, 5 L / 10 L / 20 L canisters, or 200 L drums, and stored at 5–30 °C for a 5-year minimum shelf life.
