Clarix P33 is a water-based, ready-to-use cleaning fluid designed for manual cleaning of reflow ovens and wave soldering machines, and for automated cleaning of conveyor "fingers" inside wave soldering equipment. With a density of 1.01 g/cm³, pH of 10.4, no flash point, and no dilution required, it removes all types of cured flux residue and is applied directly to cold or warm surfaces (20–50 °C), left to dwell for about 3 minutes, then wiped away with a clean cloth or paper towel and air-dried; for conveyor fingers, the equipment's wash reservoir is filled with the product and an automated brush cleaning device does the work. Its improved cleaning performance leaves no residue-forming ingredients on oven surfaces, preventing harmful condensation on assemblies, and it shows excellent compatibility with aluminum and epoxy equipment surfaces. With no flash point, a mild odor, and a short dwell time thanks to its improved formulation, it offers a high level of operator safety and minimizes equipment downtime; it is also suitable for pre-cleaning condensate traps. Supplied in 1 L bottles, 5 L canisters, or 0.5 L spray bottles for in-process use, stored at 5–30 °C for a minimum 5-year shelf life.
