Clarix B24 is a ready-to-use, water-based cleaning fluid free of surfactants, CFCs, and hydroxyalkylates, formulated as a non-toxic, biodegradable solution that is chemically inert toward the aluminum and copper commonly used in printed circuit board manufacturing. With a density of 1.008 g/cm³, pH of 10.6, no flash point, boiling point of 170 °C, and hazard class 3 under GOST 12.1.007-76, it removes tough contamination from boards and stencils, including high-solids rosin flux, water-soluble flux, unreflowed solder paste, and uncured adhesive, while also protecting even the most sensitive board areas against oxidation. It is designed for standard spray-in-air cleaning equipment and is simply topped up as it is consumed, rinses easily with water, and does not react with equipment materials or degrade over long-term storage. Its low volatility, mild odor, and low toxicity make it comfortable for operators to work with, and its non-flammable, no-flash-point profile removes special fire-safety storage requirements. Supplied in 5 L, 10 L, or 20 L canisters or a 200 L drum, stored at 5–30 °C for a minimum 5-year shelf life.
