FLN36 36kV SF6 Load Break Switch is a three-position medium voltage load switch with integrated earthing function, widely used in 36kV ring main unit (RMU) and compact gas-insulated switchgear.

It uses high-purity SF6 gas as insulation and arc-quenching medium. All switching operations are completed inside fully sealed gas chamber. Three-position structure includes Close, Open and Earth, with reliable mechanical interlock to prevent misoperation, greatly improving safety for power distribution system.

Core functions: 

• Incoming & outgoing cable switching for 36kV ring network cabinet
• Ring network sectionalizing & loop power supply switching
• Transformer feeder isolation, power-off maintenance protection
• Safe earthing operation for equipment overhaul

Two types of operating mechanism for selection:

1. Manual operating mechanism: simple structure, low failure rate, suitable for unattended substation and conventional distribution project
2. Motorized operating mechanism: support remote opening/closing, signal feedback, fit for smart grid automation
