Monoblock Filling & Capping Machine Model MB –GF 18/6
The machine has 2 compartments on single frame:

Filling section with 18 nozzles.
Capping section with 6 heads (for plastic caps).
Application:
- For packing liquids without gas like oil, water, fruit juice, yogurt drink, herbal drinks, etc. in PET bottles from 250 up to 2500 ml.
Specifications:
- The movement of container in machine is handled by the neck of container (Neck Hold) and needs minimum change parts.
- The filling principle is "Gravity" type.
-The filling nozzles are opened with the upward pressure of the bottle and in absence of bottle it will not open.

- The capper heads are equipped with adjustable torque magnetic clutches.
- All the parts in contact with product is made of stainless steel 316 and the machine cladding is made of stainless steel 304.

Control mechanism:

The machine is full automatic in operation and is equipped with electronic speed control system(frequency inverter).
-The machine is equipped with air pressure and caps presence control equipments.
Fabrication Materials:
-All electric, electronic and pneumatic components used in machine is West European made.
