Iran Transformer Research Institute was established in the year 2000 by Iran Transfo company (%51 of total shares), Sharif University of Technology (%25 of total shares) and I.R. of Iran Presidency Technology Cooperation Office (24% of total shares) as a symbol of unity, integrity and co-alignment of main objectives of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Government, Academic Institutes and Industries in a well developed and thriving industry in Iran: Distribution and Power Transformers Manufacturing and Services.
