FIRMCO Engineering & Installation Company, a subsidiary of Petrochemical Industries Investment Company (PIIC) was founded in 1993 with the aim of carrying out engineering projects, repairs, maintenance and installation of industrial plants.

Company’s principal shareholders are as follows:

1. Petrochemical Industries Investment Company (PIIC): about 60% of the shares ;

2. Experts, specialists and artisans engaged in petrochemical complexes: The remainder of the shares;

Because of the implementation of the latest mechanized technology in Iran’s Petrochemical Industries, this company, by mobilizing highly qualified and skilled human resources equipped with advanced machinery and tools and also through benefiting from the services of other PIIC subsidiaries, is able to meet the challenges of petrochemical as well as other industries of the country.

FIRMCO has thus far successfully completed projects at Tabriz, Shiraz, Kharg and Razi Petrochemical Complexes as well as Bandar Imam and Pars special economic zones and other prominent industrial centres.
