Iran Industrial Equipment Manufacturers Association was establish on basis of the need for developing and improving industrial and national projects.
The statutes were written and systematized with help of board of initiators after holding several meeting.
The convention was held in 1989 and the statute was approved and Board of directors was chosen (7+ 1 substitute) among 28 companies invited by industrial and mineral ministry.
Iran Industrial Equipment Manufacturers Association was registered on 22nd of August 1989 with registration number 136 and commenced with board of directors with five members and an inspector.
