Oil Transit Development and Enhancement of Central Asia

The company was established in 1987 under the name of “Sahele Noor Shipping and Bunkering Co.” with the aim of bunker trading in the central Asian and bunkering operations in the Persian Gulf region. Since then, the company has become more actively involved in oil product transit and trading and has established links in the region and owns oil terminal, pipe line and storage and transport facilities. In year 2004, the company’s name changed to “Oil Transit Development and Enhancement of Central Asia, ODEC” to reflect the changes in the activities of the company.

At ODEC we seek to continually improve our understanding of the markets in which we operate and the factors influencing our customers. To accomplish this, ODEC actively promotes innovation in services, establishment of new facilities and implementation of new technologies to better manage its business, and a dedicated and streamlined organisational structure designed to honour our commitment to our customers. We apply our knowledge of the markets to further develop and enhance means of transit to ensure that our services are improved to the high standards set by ourselves and our customers.
