PetroElectric Energy Development Co. (PEDCO) aiming at executing EPC projects in the country`s electricity industry declares its activities in the following areas:

1. Engineering: In HV and LV power substations, distribution and transmission.

2. Procurement: In the area of all power equipment and instruments.

3. Execution: In the area of power, distribution and transmission substations, installation of electrical and mechanical equipment, cabling operation etc.

Extended presence in oil & gas industry, electricity industry, new energies and up stream industries is defined as the main organizational goal of PEDC. Nowadays that external factors effect the process of procurement and execution of industrial projects, relying on its experience and professionalism, our company endeavors to meet all its contract commitments.

History

PetroElectric Energy Development Co.(PEDCO) was established in Boushehr in 1999 aiming at executing EPC of industrial and civil projects. Main activities of Petroelectric Co. lie in executing projects in electricity, telecommunication and instrument for a number of clients such as Ministry of Oil, Ministry of Power and Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade. Till now more than 100 projects of different scales have been fulfilled which resulted in the clients` high satisfaction. Due to a great number of sanctions imposed on our country in recent years, the company board decided to found the commercial section on March 10th, 2012 to import materials needed in the industry.



Management

Petroelectric Board members are consisted of 11 people who are the main shareholders of the company. The criteria that differentiate Petroelectric from the other similar companies and make it outstanding are high education level of top managers and their age-long background in the industries of Oil and Power. The company`s full-time consultants team includes but is not limited to professional experts holding PhD degrees whom most of them are retired managers and specialist of the Oil Industry.

Our company has signed a cooperation contract with Moshanir Co. that is one of the pioneers in the Electricity Industry of our country. Based on a two-sided understanding in between and brilliant cooperation background of both companies as well, executing critical and key projects is done based on a consortium basis. Nasir Energy Gostar Co. (NICC) is one of the leading companies which is active in the Oil Industry, Steel Industry and a number of other industrial projects. The partnership of NICC and PEDC has led to cooperation in a few projects in the Oil Industry and due to a mutual satisfaction, NICC is keen on this cooperation for future projects. Petroelectric is the main shareholder of Hirsa Sabz Alborz and Tabiat Nama Lavasan which are considerably active in executing civil projects of Tehran municipality.
