Chemprene ® 900 series is a kind of dynamicąlly vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer based on EPDM/PP, also as known as thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV), which generally refers to the blending system of poly-propylene + EPDM rubber, and is a combination of plastic and rubber properties. This series is widely used in automobile, wires & cables, con-struction, transportation and consumer goods.
Excellent weather resistance (resistance to ozone, UV and hot air aging) and Flexibility.
Excellent hand feeling and surface texture, and good coloring performance.
Can be over-molded with PP, PA, PC, ABS, etc. with good adhesion.
Can be blended and modified like polyolefin.
Maintain good rubber properties at -60°C to +135°C.
Various processing methods, such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, calendering, etc.
