It is designed for insulation of pipelines, tanks, gas ducts, industrial structures, and building envelopes where conventional insulation is technologically difficult or economically inefficient. The material consists of a water‑based composition with vacuum ceramic microspheres and special fillers, forming after curing a flexible, crack‑resistant, seamless coating that adheres well to metal, concrete, brick, plaster and wood.

Typical recommended layer thickness is 1–2 mm for standard tasks and up to 4–6 mm in demanding operating conditions, applied in multiple coats by airless sprayer or brush after standard surface preparation (cleaning, rust removal, priming if required). TSM Ceramic Standard operates in a wide temperature range, roughly from −60 °C to +260 °C, providing both thermal insulation and protection against condensation and corrosion on cold and hot surfaces.

In operation, the coating reduces heat losses, allowing the surface temperature to be lowered and improving energy efficiency while maintaining access to equipment and ensuring a lightweight solution where heavy insulation is undesirable. It also offers moisture resistance, UV stability, and noise‑reduction properties, which is particularly valuable on external façades, roofs, and above‑ground pipelines.
