Clarix U05 is a water-based cleaning concentrate for ultrasonic cleaning equipment, diluted to a 15–30% working solution, with a pH of 11.3, no flash point, and density of 0.94 g/cm³. It contains no surfactants, so it removes flux, ionic, and grease contamination from densely populated assemblies — including fine-pitch and low-standoff components — while rinsing away cleanly without residue on boards or equipment. It performs strongly on NoClean, lead-free, and leaded flux and solder-paste residues, even at low concentration, and delivers long bath life and lower cleaning costs than conventional surfactant-based fluids. The formula is non-flammable, low in volatility and odor, low in toxicity, water-soluble, and biodegradable, making it easy to dispose of responsibly, and it is compatible with common solder alloys, solder masks, and other assembly materials without reacting with equipment or degrading in storage. Recommended wash temperature is 40–60 °C with a 3–20 minute cleaning cycle. Supplied in 1 L, 5 L, and 20 L containers or 200 L drums.
