Clarix H81 is a neutral-pH, water-based concentrate developed specifically for removing flux from power electronics, printed circuit assemblies, lead frames, discrete devices, power modules, and power LEDs. Diluted to a 15–25% working solution, it has a density of 0.94 g/cm³, no flash point, and does not foam, which means it can be used in spray-in-air cleaning equipment — both batch and inline — without explosion-proof enclosures. Recommended wash temperature is 40–60 °C, followed by a deionized-water rinse and hot or recirculated air drying, for either spray-in-air or immersion/ultrasonic cleaning setups. The fluid rinses away without any residue on the cleaned surface, offers excellent material compatibility, and contains no halogenated compounds, making it a low-environmental-impact choice for power-electronics manufacturers. Available as a concentrate, it should be stored in original packaging at +5 to +30 °C, carrying a minimum 5-year shelf life in sealed factory containers.
