Clarix T06 is a water-based cleaning fluid for SMT stencil cleaning, used in spray-in-air systems, ultrasonic immersion baths, manual wiping, and for cleaning the underside of stencils directly in the printer. Diluted to a 25% working concentration, it has a density of 0.94 g/cm³, is pH-neutral, has no flash point, and produces no foam in spray-in-air systems, with only a mild odor. It removes unreflowed solder paste residue and uncured SMT adhesive from stencils, and can also be used to clean solder paste off boards after printing misprints. Being water-based, it needs no explosion-proof handling, delivers a long bath life, and shows excellent compatibility with common stencil materials while cleaning effectively at room temperature. It is often paired with ReOn stencil cleaning paper for manual wipe-down. Packaged in 1 L bottles, 5 L / 20 L canisters, or 200 L drums, stored at 5–30 °C for a minimum 5-year shelf life.
