HITV-FFAS burnervideo monitoring system is the intelligent alarm system integratedelectro-optics technology, multimedia technology, image process technology,mode recognition technology. It applies advanced programming in order to makethe system process the video of multi probes, and independently determine thefailure of multi combustor in each probe. Good interactive interface isdesigned for system, user can independently ascertain the position and size ofeach combustor in probe, to define the range for combustor’s independentestimation. Brand new partitioning algorithm is applied to independentestimation for image, alarm indicator on interactive interface provides failureindication for each combustor, so that to solve the limitation that alarm can only be provided when thewhole furnace failure, and improve the correctness and predictive of alarm.
