Ameria pasta is our company's own brand, produced at the Ameria Pasta Factory in Kurchatov, Kursk region. Pasta is made from soft wheat varieties of the "B" group using equipment from the Swiss company Buhler and the Italian company Fava.
The Ameria pasta factory has implemented a strict quality control system for its products and manufacturing technology. We closely monitor that the products are of high quality in all respects, namely, they are of natural yellow / amber color, translucent to light, retain their shape, do not break or stick together during cooking.
A variety of formats, including the egg range, are available in packages of 400g, 700g, 900g, 2kg and 4kg. Pasta of this brand has repeatedly become laureates and winners of various competitions. These pasta products are represented in almost all regions of Russia, near and far abroad. Large packaging is a great cost-effective option for a large family or pasta lovers.
In 2019, the Ameria pasta factory was the first and the only one to launch the production of gluten-free pasta, which was a significant step forward.
An automated line from the Italian company Pavan was purchased and installed for the production of gluten-free pasta. The production process takes place in a separate enclosure to eliminate the possibility of gluten ingress.
As raw materials, we use corn and buckwheat flour, rice flour with the addition of amaranth and quinoa, flour from red lentils and chickpeas. The range of gluten-free Federici pasta is constantly expanding.
