The analytical tools of our software (software) have no Russian analogues, can confidently compete with the world's best software for statistical process control (Statistical Process Control, SPC) and has functionality that is in demand among practitioners in the field of quality and increasing operational efficiency, which foreign competitors do not have , in particular:

The list below does not include all the functionality of our software, but only that which competitors do not have in terms of Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Full software interface in Russian (native) and English languages.
Possibility of simultaneous operation of several copies of the program on one computer. For example, one instance may be in the mode of automatically updating graphs with Shewhart control charts and saving them in graphic format (PNG, SVG, PDF) in the corresponding folders of the company’s corporate network or in a cloud resource; another instance of the program can be used to continue analytical work with control charts Shewhart cards.
Function automatic update Shewhart control charts with all saved user settings. This feature allows you to automatically load updated data into a selected Shewhart control chart or group of Shewhart control charts with a user-defined timeout.
In the software, data analysis can be carried out using an unlimited number of factor references (types of sources of variation) used for labels of points and division of the control chart graph by vertical lines of zones of action of factors on the XmR-chart of individual values and moving ranges, XbarR-chart of averages and ranges of subgroups.
Automated grouping of data into rational subgroups according to directories of factors used as types of sources of variation for the XbarR-map of averages and ranges of subgroups allows you to analyze data on an unlimited number of sources of variation.
Ungrouping data , which were collected and recorded as subgroups of size n>1, to rearrange the data into rational subgroups and assess the impact of various sources of variation on the process.
Analysis of all data imported to construct Shewhart control charts begins with the construction of an XmR-chart of individual values and moving ranges. If the source data contains pre-grouped data to construct an XbarR-chart of subgroup means and ranges, it passes automatic ungrouping for the initial construction of an XmR-chart with the creation of new columns of factors “Subgroup No.” and “No. (name) in the Subgroup”. After this, you can build an XbarR-chart of the averages and ranges of subgroups using the function rational grouping of data . Firstly, this decision corresponds to a strong recommendation Donald Wheeler start data analysis by constructing an XmR-chart of individual values (process progress map), and secondly, this allows you to regroup the data according to any type of factors, records of which are present in the source data.

Three-way control chart , developed by Donald Wheeler in 1982.
Presentation of histogram data as an additional scatter plot , which demonstrates what the histogram hides from the analyst.
Demonstration accumulating histogram bars from scatter plot data points .
Reflection on the histogram production tight tolerances for sorting products “in tolerance” and “out of tolerance”, taking into account the error and displacement of the measuring system. See example.
You can enter in Excel sheet for more information maximum possible value [MaxPVL(x) - Maximum Possible Value Line], determined by the nature of the indicator, for example, 100% for the oil water cut indicator. In this case, if the calculated upper control limit of the XmR and XbarR-chart is higher than this MaxPVL(x), it will be hidden and the maximum possible value line will be displayed instead.
Evaluating the Measurement Process (EMP)
Definition of minimum effective increment for the measuring system .
Control XbarR-chart for average and range of subgroups, with a choice of subgroup size from 2 to 100, despite the fact that in [11] GOST R ISO 7870-2-2015 there are coefficients for constructing control XbarR-charts only up to 25 subgroups.
Automatic converting CSV, JSON files into one Excel file for use in our software, for example, CSV reports of coordinate measuring machines, CMMs (English, coordinate measuring machine, CMM).
Shewhart control charts can be constructed by the analyst using simulator based on historical data , sequentially added to the control chart in the order of their formation.
Bilateral fixation of control limits to increase the sensitivity of the Shewhart control chart for operational process control and for analytical work.
Lock the scale on the Y axis (value axis) to enable visual comparison, the width of the scatter of different data, fixing the histogram scale along the X, Y axes and the width of the pocket for comparing histograms of different data sets.
Instead of filling our software with various abstruse tools of theoretical statistics, we focus on the full practical use of the most effective methods of statistical process control (Statistical Process Control, SPC) and constantly increasing their analytical functionality.

User support is provided by our Center's professionals in Russian.

The main principle of our software: Install and use. This is the best solution for the operational management of Shewhart control charts at the workshop level and subsequent analytical work with control charts, as well as for monitoring key process indicators in dispatch centers and on television panels in meeting rooms and executive offices.

A special advantage is the program interface, which is designed for easy use of existing functions. There is no need to remember anything - all the buttons have pictures with an intuitive meaning of the functions they control and have tooltips. We are constantly working to improve our software, both in terms of new features and in terms of reducing the cognitive load on users.
