Inoteck Kompozit LLC

We are a manufacturer and universal supplier of various types of hollow aluminosilicate microspheres (cenosphere, ceramic microsphere, metasphere, ziosphere), glass microspheres and glass microballoons, as well as innovative products based on them.

We develop directions on composite coatings of hollow aluminosilicate microspheres and glass microballoons with polyurethane and metals.

Hollow aluminosilicate microsphere sizes range from 0 to 500 microns, glass microsphere sizes range from 0 to 125 microns and glass microballoon sizes range from 0 to 1200 microns.

We utilize the special characteristics of aluminosilicate microspheres, glass microspheres and glass microballoons that allow us to apply these products to a wide variety of industries - oil and gas and refractories, composites and paints, construction and medical, plastics and synthetic rubber and many more.

We offer the following products:

Our mission is to offer customers innovative solutions in the field of classification and modification of such a unique filler as aluminosilicate microsphere.

Advanced products based on aluminosilicate, glass microsphere and glass microballoon allow us to solve the issues of cost reduction and improvement of physical and chemical characteristics of our customers' products.

Annual supply volume of microspheres - various modifications - more than 12 000 tons. Shipment - by motor transport, rail cars and containers - transport container ICR (big-bags) of 500-550-600 kg and 4-layer paper bags of 20-25-30 kg.

The area of our prospective production program is nanostructured composite polymer and metal coatings and recycling of technogenic waste.
